Being Me – Transgender Male to Female
BeingME is a peer support & discussion group for the MTF community. This group provides a safe space to explore issues such as sexuality (straight, gay, bi), disclosure in relationships, hormones, surgery and surgeons, transitioning experiences, legal issues, spirituality, the paper trail, transphobic violence, the T’s place in the LBG"T" community, health and medical concerns, changing gender, and changing orientations, feelings of loss, victories, guilt, and societal acceptance or denial. BeingME is a transition group as well as a group that deals with inner development of the person that allows and encourages self exploration during the transition journey. Family members and loved ones are encouraged to attend.
There is no charge to participate, however donations to The Center OC to assist with operating costs are greatly appreciated.

OCFTM - OC Female-to-Male
This is a fully inclusive atmosphere that invites anyone of female-bodied masculine-identification to attend. The group offers transmen and others a chance to network, share experiences, socialize, access resources and get updates on current female-to-male transsexual/transgender community activities and information. Issues explored include sexuality (straight, gay, bi), disclosure in relationships, hormones, surgery and surgeons, politics and activism, transitioning experiences, legal issues, spirituality, prosthetics/"tricks of the trade," the paper trail, transphobic violence, the T’s place in the LBG"T" community, health and medical concerns, changing gender, and changing orientations, feelings of loss, victories, guilt, and societal acceptance or denial. Family and significant others are welcome to attend. This meeting is open and welcomes all -- except nontrans minors. Some sessions may be somewhat restricted, however based on the needs of the group the subject matter of the evening.

Spanish Transgender – Pioneeras 911
Es un grupo de apoyo para la comunidad Latina Transgenero del condado de Orange para conocer las ventajas y desventajas de ser o realizarse como transgenero. Además de contar con talleres educativos sobre las Infecciones Transmitidas Sexualmente y el VIH, autoestima, entre otros.
This Spanish meeting is for the entire Latino Transgender community of Orange County. Learn about advantages and disadvantages of living as Transgender, Trasvestie or Transsexual. We’ll provide educational workshops on STDs, HIV, self esteem and more.
