Transgender Resources The Center Orange County offers a variety of services for our transgender community members. If you don't see the service you're looking for below, give us a call and we'll help you find it.

Support Groups BeingME -- BeingME is an Orange County based peer support group for MTFs and other male-born persons who are exploring their gender identity. This community member facilitated group provides social and emotional support as well as guidance on issues that are of concern to members of the transgender community and those who care about them. BeingME meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at The Center OC. Click here to go to the Orange County Transgender Coalition website for more information. OCFTM -- OCFTM is a support and social group for FTMs, transmen, masculine identified-female born persons, and those who care about them. Activities include rap sessions, networking, resource sharing, speakers, community events, gender-related films, and updates on current transgender community activities, politics, and information. Pioneras 911 -- Es una reunión para la comunidad gay y transgénero que desee aprender más de la ventajas y desventajas de ser o realizarse como Trasvesti, Transgénero o Transexual. Con talleres educativos sobre Enfermedades Venéras, VIH, Autoestima, Espiritualidad y otras. Reuniones cada segundo y cuarto Sábado del Mes e 6:00pm a 8:00pm. Those who want to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of living as transgender, transvestite, or transsexual are encouraged to attend. Group activities include educational workshops on self-esteem, STD and HIV/AIDS prevention, spirituality and more. Counseling -- The Center Orange County offers confidential counseling and emotional support to individuals, couples, and families.
