Since 1971, The Center has been assisting and encouraging the LGBT community in Orange County. Over the years we have seen many changes, some positive and some not so positive. Through it all, we have been here in one way, shape, or form and we plan to be here for the next few decades as well.

The mission of The Center Orange County is to advocate on behalf of the Orange County LGBT community, and to provide services that ensure its well-being and positive identity.

To achieve our mission, we are dependent on private dollars, from supporters like you, to fund our important work and to enable us to develop and provide cutting edge services—specifically for LGBT people—which the government doesn’t fund.
