Our dream at The Center OC is to fully pay off the mortgage for the property at 1605 North Spurgeon Street in Santa Ana well ahead of schedule. Retiring this debt as quickly as possible will help us dedicate more of our resources to directly impacting the needs of our community and will help secure The Center’s financial foundation for years to come.
The terms of our mortgage state that we cannot prepay any portion until June, 2015. Our goal is to raise $250,000 prior to that date, so that we may pay down the balance as much as possible when the penalties are lifted. This aligns with our organizational philosophy of responsibly meeting today’s needs while laying a sustainable foundation for future growth.
When you pledge $20.15 a month through the year 2015, you'll bring us nearly $1,000 closer to reaching our goal of retiring the mortgage. That's a significant step toward reaching our goal. Just think: 100 people who are willing to donate $20.15 per month will translate to $100,000 that we will apply to our mortgage.
